This specimen of Azurite is unusually flat, like a film of crystals on a calcite base. Its elongated pear shape, is accented by a  5 mm sterling sphere, and  has been sculpted in sterling silver in order to be worn as a pendant.

It is known as the "stone of the heavens"....(Melody)
