The Gallery is a living,
breathing entity that will be changing, and will be expanded
as time goes on, so check back frequently to see what is new.
Ordering Instructions
On the attached form, please insert the information about the piece
or pieces that interest you. Fill in your contact information completely.
Then, answer the
questions at the bottom of the page that apply.
Regarding earrings: Some minerals do not come in sizes that are appropriate
for earrings, and some do.
Custom Designs
If you would like a similar piece made to your specifications, indicate
the piece
and describe what you would like.
If you would like a piece custom designed with your own stone(s),
describe the
stones and send a sketch or scan the stones and I will design for
your approval.
If you would like a custom piece made in 14K gold, describe what you
want. I will
render a sketch and give you a quote. 50% deposit is required.
Wholesale Buyers
Wholesale buyers may request to see additional pieces in a category
and photos can be e-mailed or sent by mail. You may request a complete
price list by category. All pieces available are not currently shown
on the website.
Payments
For orders paid by bank check or money order, shipment will be on
the day
check is received. All others will be shipped as soon as the check
clears.
Paypal will be added as a customer convenience, if there are many
requests.
Shipping and Handling
Shipping will be via USPS, insured, with return receipt requested,
to guarantee
proper delivery. Shipping charges are estimated. The buyer pays all
shipping
charges, except for a purchase of three or more pieces. If buyer prefers
to use
your own carrier, please specify and provide account number. We will
ship
worldwide.
Return policy
Great care is used in packing. If a piece arrives damaged, it should
be returned immediately for repair or full refund. You must call first. If you
are not satisfied with the piece, to get a full credit, it must be returned within 7
days, unworn, then select another. Please call first.
